RR Yoga: Movement Class With Olga



My workout is a Basic, gentle and paced Yoga/ Movement Class designed to stretch the body, enhance breathing and open up tight areas as well as to build up strength, increase balance and promote healthier functioning of the nervous & circulatory systems. Suggested props are a chair (or something to hold on to) and a mat/ towel to delineate your practice area and lie on.

Yoga/ Body Movement is one my passions, drug and therapy (that is after, Our Lord!) Olga first began practicing, then sharing yoga in 1989 and, finally, treated herself to Certification as a Teacher in 2012. What really hooked Olga and ended up being the driving factor to becoming a teacher was finding through a consistent and honest practice she was able to heal her own body on the physical, mental and emotional levels. Olga has applied her love of Yoga to a deeper awareness of the body (on many levels) through the practice of Body Movement, Breathing and Self Awareness. After all, aren’t we all going through life doing all these things?? Why not move more consciously, healthily and with more intention. As a teacher, she is a life time student, continually absorbing more to bring to each moment, individual and experience!
