Deconstruct to Reconstruct

Deconstruct to Reconstruct w/Alexandria Crow

I'm spending this weekend at a Workshop called Deconstruct to Reconstruct; hoping to learn researched and well thought out reasons and clear answers to what has been overlooked in yoga classes from the philosophical to the physical.
By Sunday afternoon, I expect to have tools and solutions to live up to the promises that yoga is for anyone and everyone who wants to participate and is a lifelong practice.

For many decades, I have practiced Hatha Yoga as a student and teacher. Thanks be God, His mercifcul/ all knowing Grace and His Protection, I've worked through many life challenges through these practices. I am thankful to 'unpackage' traditional approaches, learn alternatives and apply healthy methods that can apply to many of us.

Here's the formal description:
Celebrate uniqueness and diversity in every class; we will investigate a clear and verifiable list of missing considerations affecting the accessibility, sustainability, and clarity of group asana classes and yoga practices today. These workshops will offer you researched and well thought out reasons and clear answers to what has been overlooked in yoga classes from the philosophical to the physical. Workshop participants will be offered a clear path to follow to help them develop tools and customized solutions to these overlooked considerations allowing classes and practices to live up to the promises that yoga is for anyone and everyone who wants to participate and is a lifelong practice.
