My workout is a Basic, gentle and paced Yoga/ Movement Class designed to stretch the body, enhance breathing and open up tight areas as well as to build up strength, increase balance and promote healthier functioning of the nervous & circulatory systems. Suggested props are a chair (or something to hold on to) and a mat/ towel to delineate your practice area and lie on. Yoga/ Body Movement is one my passions, drug and therapy (that is after, Our Lord!) Olga first began practicing, then sharing yoga in 1989 and, finally, treated herself to Certification as a Teacher in 2012. What really hooked Olga and ended up being the driving factor to becoming a teacher was finding through a consistent and honest practice she was able to heal her own body on the physical, mental and emotional levels. Olga has applied her love of Yoga to a deeper awareness of the body (on many levels) through the practice of Body Movement, Breathing and Self Awareness. After all, aren’t we all going through life...
